My name and my 6 year old daughter's name begins with the letter C, so i made it into the 4 Cs (at age 2-3) then 5 Cs, Age 4-5 and then now at 7 Cs (age 5-6).

Use it also to help her learn to spell those words and its meaning.. it worked well, my daughter always will use these words

      The 7Cs for us are
      Compassion
      Considerate
      Courage
      Contentment
      Charisma
      Control
      Confidence

anyone interested in the definition for kids can PM me...

Your girl is super-Cute! And yes, super Confident as well. And I just love the way she explains the word Control.

I spent the last 6 years of my entire motherhood figuring out how to raise a useful person.. so no, no more additions, i gonna focus all on this one..i dont think it will be fair if i have another child and unable to give as much as i want to...

BTW, some parents PM me for help on other words starting the letters of their DD name... ey.. i not that good la.. but i can give you some idea of the explanation and meanings of our 7Cs, i wanted to instill these values then search dictionary to look for the words..

              1. Compassion - Love & be kind to all
              2. Contentment - be contented with what i have (I am happy!)
              3. Control - you cant control what others do but i can control what i do
              4. Courage - be brave to try, keep trying and don't give up
              5. Considerate - think of others, be considerate
              6. Charisma - be intelligently graceful to others.
              6. Confidence - Believe in myself, I CAN DO IT!

                  I can personally tell. 😉

Having followed her since babyhood when you first joined KiasuParents, I can tell how much you've put into raising such a beautiful child. I also wanted just one but I got four! No way to be fair due to time constraints and the different demands. But I try to do my darnest best.

The only thing that's equal between all of them is that we love all of them unconditionally.

Children grow up learning things from their parents. Leading by example is the most important thing. Parents can’t be doing one thing and teaching their kids another. Not all the time one is required to tell kids ‘this is wrong’ or ‘this is right’. They learn by seeing things around them.
