pink salt
ok.thanks! -
Thanks Doctor LC.
Just met up with my SIL. We talked about saltwater flush. She said my BIL has been doing it regularly and can really pass out “lots of toxics”, including small stones! He bought sea salt from NTUC. But best do it on a weekend cos one may need to visit the loo a few times.
I’m thinking, if I had earlier flushed out everything, maybe won’t have pockets of bacteria festering along parts of the colon.
Anyways, one can try probiotics capsules LactoGG. They do help in my bowel moments! Can have regular bowel movements now, up to 3 times a day. -
After my saga, I ensure the kids have good eating habits and must exercise daily.
I always envy my boys, they have such good bowel movement. 2-3 times a day. The boys drink 2 cups of fresh milk (day and night), banana during lunchtime and oatmeal for breakfast. Swim every morning before going to school. -

I was outside yesterday and luckily most time cloudy…today at home listening to some interviews/songs and reading, with a ceiling fan on, quite cooling.
