        Porky Pig:
Thank you Immeemee. Got your pressie last night. DD is going to put a packet of tissue plus her daily allowance inside and bring to school. It is beautifully done!

PP I have seen self-sewn tissue pouch cum coin purse 2-in-1. That could be my next sewing project! šŸ˜„

You have the skills and materials for sewing. You may turn it into a money making tool
Eg start selling your items online, customised your items etc

if the breakfast is heavy, it can actually be brunch. then starlight would have to look for hi tea after that :rotflmao:

Call myself lucky to be at M to waste time from now till 12.30pm
Dd finishes her school at 12.30pm and already set to lunch at M.
Am a bit lazy to walk over to the ntuc at JP

Life is good - to me šŸ™‚

Be able to waste time at M, see people rushing for work or working etc

Told dh that I really enjoy myself at home during this 3 weeks MC. Maybe I should quit my job to stay at home but I love $$

Today is ME time too. Just finished my morning run and feeling good about it.

I used to sell my items online for a short while, with some customized items too, but have stopped. Now more into sewing for a good cause. Meeting up some members of a sew-for-charity group next week and looking forward to it.

Idling once in a while is good, watch the hustle and bustle pass by while sipping tea. But for me I cant idle too long cos I will feel like I am rotting. And cos I am taking care of the kids a lot I feel like I am getting too close and being too uptight with them. These days I feel quite frustrated with the kids that I think maybe I should go back to work. Do you mummies have this problem?

Yes! But going back to work is not the only solution. It may not be the best solution as work can take up so much time and energy. It may be from too much attention to too little? Maybe PT work, or as you are planning, just something else to take your focus off the kids so much. I guess it depends on how much of your time you think your kids need.

Balance is needed - we can't be working flat out all the time. Rest and time off are needed to make working time more effective.

When having too much ME time, I become idle and need a kick
Well, I will be back to work month end and time to face the cold hard reality ...
