Just tried to bake a cake using fresh strawberries…not bad. Strawberries turn bad rather fast… so good alternative to use the leftover.

I put one third of the sugar in recipe but I used almost 1 block of butter today instead the usual olive oil substitute...and cake turned out to be very fluffy..
