Tried nitrogen ice cream at OneKM mall just now. Not bad, portion quite decent, and almost like watching the same experiment 3 times while they make the ice cream for us. Quite interesting for the kids.

But i hardly go oneKM mall ...any idea other places in town ?

Not as sweet, can taste fresh fruits inside. More creamy and natural to me. The one we tried is call 320below. Another outlet at Tampines 1, B1-32, nearer to u?

Googled and found another one at raffles place.

I just realized the mini melts is nitrogen ice cream too , oso my fav
Ate quite a few times in Korea last winter , doesn't melt at all

I tried liquid nitrogen ice-cream in Bangkok 4 years ago at Siam Paragon Food Hall. Took a bite from my colleague's scoop and didn't like the taste.

Ah yo tat nitrogen liq ice cream - food wise shd be safe for eating , but dun eat excessive - like mini melts lei ... Hahaha
