        ME time as I had a mild food poisoning since yesterday.

          Oops, we usually take lacteol fort capsules/sachets when down with mild food poisoning. Itโ€™s basically the good bacteria - lactobacillus but in huge quantity, think itโ€™s supposed to crowd out the bad bacteria, something like that. No need prescription, works well for us.

            charcoal tablets work. it absorbs all the bad bacteria and wind as well.
