      Most importantly is what you consume daily. Unhealthy habits will show on your skin. Eat well and maintenance will be easy..

        insufficient rest, unhealthy food will show up easily.
        hashima at hock hwa has offer...just bought a bottle with korean ginseng.

              Although not exactly is the frog uterus, but close to that, equally gross :yikes: ... and It says:-- \"Young children are however not recommended to take it, as the high contents of hormones might cause puberty to begin early.\" :yikes:

                Some time ago, the ST runs an article on Jurong Frog Farm. After I know what snow jelly is made from, I do not eat or let my boys take them anymore :yikes:

                Today or ytd ST talks about just delivered mums eating their own placenta :shock:
