luckily, she suddenly started calling him \"sam\" one day. phew!

      Thank God ๐Ÿ™

Yah, can you imagine her introducing her teddybear as \"Mah\" during show-and-tell last year when the name \"Sam\" was clearly visible on his foot.

        the time was 8.50pm.

ds2 (holding a cd and his blue stool) : daddy i want play computer.
dh (watching youtube halfway) : ok, but you have to wait until 9pm.
me (pointing to the clock) : you have to wait for this hand to move to here at 9 o'clock.
        ds2 : OK! i go turn.
and he put down his stuff, happily climbed to reach the cupboard clock and turn its knob to change the time to 9pm. ๐Ÿ˜“
        ds2 : daddy see! 9 o'clock! yeah!!!!!

DD2 is only 1 year and 4 months. Have been to Toys'R'Us twice in her entire life. Today, we decided to go to the outlet at Forum just to do alittle bit of shopping. The moment we got out of the lift.

              DD2: TOYS'R'US!
              DH: :!:
              Me: No lah, ๐Ÿ˜

              DD2: TOYS'R'US! x 3 ( jumping and screaming in DH's hands)
              DH: :!: :!: :!:
              Me:
ANd this is coming from my drooling baby who barely listens or watches and TV!
              :salute:

This is what my son said yesterday when I was chiding him for being naughty:

me : ni shi huai dan (aka you are bad egg)

son : bu, we shi hao dan โ€ฆ ni ke yi chi wo (aka no, I am a good egg, you can eat me)

I donโ€™t know whether to laugh or to cry especially since he usually doesnโ€™t speak mandarinโ€ฆ
