Thanks wiimum. My intention was more to expose the kid to creative maths, so she can pick up some interesting skills set rather than school curriculum based topics only. I went to the NUS website but it seems very serious. So far, realised that there are quite some enrichment centres that offer such courses. One interesting centre that i chanced upon in this forum was 'Simply Smart'. Anyone has tried this?
Another centre that's worth considering is http://www.scharffsystem.com/ -
Thanks for the suggestion…do you know of anyone who has done their program before? How’s the feedback?

Sorry I don't happen to know anyone who has gone through this programme. But my friend used to teach there and has only praises for the centre. She has 2 kids in GEP. -
Can someone please share what are the maths olympiad course available for P4 kids? I was hoping to send my son to one of those for exposure, but not sure if they are good…The NUS one looks interesting but it’s only catering to P5 onwards. Thanks

I was recommended Mathshub by someone from this forum....you may wish to check out the website http://www.mathshub.com.sg. Separately, i was also told by a friend to check out Global Maths at Goldhill plaza. Unfortunately I have not tried either, so cant comment much on the quality of their program.

Thanks, Clover. I like the Maths hub looks ok, but distance very very far for me. Global Maths so far heard feedback not so great - mostly concern tutors quality.
Anyone know of any good ones in town area or in the north? Parents sho have kids participating in Maths Olympiad, where did you send your kids for training - only provided training by school or do you get outside enrichment as well? How effective are these enrichment classes? Appreciate your feedback / recommendation. Thanks. -
Hi Pen88n
My boy only has his Maths Olymiad training in his school but by external teacher engaged by the school. Seem good and his understand it but a lot depend on himself. To me teacher can only teach this much but the students themselve must pratice and have the right attitude. -
Does anyone know whether any training material, sample paper is available?

My boy is taking part this year. This Friday is the mock Mock Competition -and next Friday Actual Competition.
When he bring back the slip from his school, the school attached a letter from Hey Maths related to the RI Maths Competition suggest our to purchase a preparetory test paper.
That what I did, the question is not easy.
