Unreasonable people

I was at City Square food court for dinner just now. There is a promotion for chendol at just 98 cents...extremely HOT deal today, until the red beans finished.
The staff who served each and every customer asking for chendol told them that red beans were finished and whether they still wanted the chendol.
There was this woman who raised a hoo-hah when she was told that red beans were finished...she demanded the poor thing serving her:
1) Where is your manager ? No manager, then supervisor where ?
2) How can chendol have no red beans ?
3) No red beans here right ? Then take from the hot dessert lah !
4) Your company is listed, how can you do such a thing by not having red beans in chendol ?
5) Close shop for good, pull down your 招牌.
As if it's not enough, her husband supported her. OMG, how can people behave this way, shouting at the poor person serving her for a 98 cents chendol !!! :x :x
Well, the best part is :shock: she still bought the chendol in the end. -
Totally stressed :siao: Probably had a bad day and have to 'release' at dessert store auntie.
Not malu meh.. ... -

actually, i prefer chendol without red beans…haha…

She was already informed beforehand there are no more red beans...then if don't want chendol, don't buy lah...why raise a big hoo-hah over it ? In the end, she also bought. Such a quarrelsome woman, with an equally quarrelsome husband. For a 98 cents chendol.
The red beans in the hot dessert side are meant for hot dessert, different taste right ? How can she demand that auntie give her ? Can die man. -
If the company had made an effort to inform customers BEFORE they queue that there is no more red beans or whatever…, then, it is really no fault of the operator.
But if after pple queue 1 hour(let’s say lah) then you tell pple no more this and that… it is inevitable that some pple might get very upset… I suspect that even no more coconut milk pple will also buy… afterall, they already queued for 1hour (juz a sample figure)…
Edit: I’m assuming that there is a queue…
If there is no queue and the woman still get so violent reaction… then… nothing to say… -
There were about 3-4 people queuing, and dessert aunty asked each customer if he/she still wanted chendol as red beans are finished (830pm). Everyone said ok, except this quarrelsome woman.

For a < $1 thingy, no need to quarrel. Just take it or leave it.
An auntie selling cheap cheap pillowcases in the market was complaining to me. She said an old lady bought a $1 pillowcase. After a while, came back to complain the zip was not working. Said the seller cheating on old people etc. In the end, the seller exchanged a pillowcase for her.
