Anyone considered cashew height condo ?

999/fh, big, very big compound, approx $1000 psf, enbloc potential - need to few billion$$ to lift it off if at all, plot ratio increased, good size unit, surface car park, Olympic size pool, tennis courts etc, walking distance to mrt,

Two types of units : 2+1 room approx 1200 sqft, 3+1 room approx 1650-1700 sqft, monthly mgt fee only $220

Cashew Height has 596 units (more units more difficult to enbloc?) but the plot land is indeed very big. Do you think it will be enbloc? How is the land around there? Scarce? I think if developers want to buy, they have to split it into 2 'cos it is difficult to sell condos that have too many units like D'Leedon and Interlace.

Yes in today's market difficult to enbloc

Got to wait may be 10 or 15 years but that is a distinct possibility

Hence buy now renovate for own stay and enjoy the big environment just nice. At least reno cost not wasted.
