      hquek:
One of the stuff I ordered is a series akin to chinese readers. These are mainly translated from some foreign language books (cos the illustration all very caucasoid (I don't think there is such a word)). My kids enjoy me reading to them from this series becos stories are short and quite action packed. I feel it's good value.

There are 3 colours in all, yellow, blue and red - 20 readers in each series. Somehow the numbers intermingle. Books are quite small in size - so are the fonts (in case anyone doesn't like font size) but the paper quality is pretty good (compared with others I have seen).

Yellow (I think this is for younger readers)

      Blue (mid range I think)

Red (I think this is for older readers - more wordy)

I have got these 3 sets too. Still on the book shelf. So many books but so little time :?:

        Hello Tamarind and Hquek,

Can share how is the packaging like from Dangdang? okay? Happy? Can be better?

Do the books arrived in dogears?
I usually have one or two books that are not in good condition due to the process of delivery, but the rest of the books are OK. This is because I ordered too many books at a time and the parcel was too heavy. Now I order only a few books a time, the books arrive with no problem.

Please note once your dangdang order is rejected after you enter the secure code, you must re-create a new order (which will have a new order number).
Do npt keep submitting the same order request.

lizuan76, you are a genius! That must be why I had problem ordering. I will apply for the Secure Code and try again. Thanks again.

Thank you. Bought from her before and that was because I urgently needed the book. Otherwise I would prefer to get it from Dang Dang instead. If seller can get it from China and so can I lah. Cheaper mah and I can get more books. hehehehe.....afterall I always buy books from Amazon. And alot too.

You should try. Kinda of fun!

I just bought 2 sets - spent a bomb and can’t wait for my books to arrive!!!

One thing to note: as long as the system says it goes thru’, even if you receive another page that states your submission has error, the payment has actually gone thru’ and you just need to wait a day or two for the dangdang CS to confirm. You can check your invoices and it will state as paid.

My first order using Citibank card in Jul was not successful, maybe due to the securecode issue highlighted by someone else in earlier pages. I am trying to order again today using Amex card. Seems transaction went through although like the rest says, it diverted back to DangDang site with message that the payment not through. Will wait and see.

Btw, when you guys say do not pay for multiple orders, do you mean we can include many different books in 1 order or have different order number for different books? To play safe, I ordered only 1 set but would like to confirm for future orders.
