So far I have ordered twice with dang dang this March. Both orders are about ￥170.00 in total.

Today I tried placing another order of ￥296.00, during payment it show me this massage: ( 400024 )超过交易限额，请联系网站？

Did anyone encounter this before? If so, how do you solve this credit limit?

Umm, what is the mode of payment you selected?

I have ordered via credit card - highest amount was 1K plus RMB and there was no such issue.

Try emailing their customer service, their response are usually quite prompt.

Thanks for your advise. I have just send a email to their customer service . Hope they can solve this thing. I pay via credit card too. Thus, I do not understand why have this limit?

I know there is a limit on how much you can pay using your credit card within 24 hours. Previously I tried to order a few times using the Citibank visa, even though the payment was never successful, the amount still adds up and I hit the limit. Then I had to wait another day to try again.

Are you using Visa/Mastercard or Amex ? There should be no such problem for Amex.

I am using OCBC credit card. I did email to dang dang customer service but they have yet to reply me regarding the limit.
