Do you get the package number by writing to dangdang support? I wrote twice, both times the reply I got was that they will send it to me within one working day but I never got any more letters with the tracking number...

OH, never mind… for some reason it came up, im sure it wasnt there from the beginning… My order was shipped out the 31st of march any idea how long the shipping usually takes? (to sweden)



and also my package was not sent to Guangzhou but rather beijing International airport, i think thats because its too far to ship to Sweden.

Just to share my order which was processed on 2 march to leave from Beijing has arrived at my place today. Small order, one set of 15 books, 1 DVD and 1 loose book only. Not bad, 6 weeks wait. I was expecting to wait longer.

Once the items are on Singapore's soil, it will reach you very fast. My experience was within 1-2 working days (excluding wkends)

Just to share my order which was processed on 2 march to leave from Beijing has arrived at my place today. Small order, one set of 15 books, 1 DVD and 1 loose book only. Not bad, 6 weeks wait. I was expecting to wait longer.

Mine is also a small order, only 6 books. But the box is still torn :roll: though the contents are fine. I wonder how come the shipping process is so rough ?
