              AB=6cm

              BC=6-4 =2 cm
              CD=4 cm
              DE +EF =4 cm
              Hence AB+BC+CD+DE+EF =6+2+4+4
              = 16 cm

                  (Apple + Apple + orange) + ( orange + orange + apple ) = 330 + 210

                  therefore 3 apples + 3 oranges = 540
                  1 apple + 1 orange = 540/3
                  = 180

                      Thats a very smart way of getting the answer. Shifting the lines!

                        My DS at JEI PSLE Math. In the centre they use the torchlight method. E.g. You shine the torch light at one side, the sides shone is same as the opposite side.
