My friend's DS is still haven't received any email or sms from RI, but his son is applying under GE domain too, so if based on what you said \"Pri 5 / 6 above 80% = no GAT, go straight for interview if shortlisted\", that's mean he is not shortlisted by RI.

Please clarify. tx

I would think the $50 is registration for RI DSA regardless of whether one needs to sit for GAT.
