U can bring her to the polyclinic to get a referral letter to see a specialist at KKH Children's Department. http://www.kkh.com.sg/Services/Women/OrthopaedicSurgery/Pages/Home.aspx

Depending on the degree of curvature and the age of your child, they would advice what can be done. Some wear the soft brace.
My dd has gone through Chiropractic treatment (not in Spore) and we don't find it useful. It's a long term treatment (2-3x a week) and rather expensive.
She used to swim daily in school but it doesn't help to correct the curvature. However, I am not sure that, if she didn't swim, would it have gotten worst.
Now at 15+, her height has stablised. Due to scoliosis, she would not grow any taller. I started her on Pilates so that she can maintain a better posture and also to prevent and aches/ pains in the future.
To me, having scoliosis is like having crooked teeth. One is born with it. Dd inherited from me. She has learned that it is something that affects many and she should not be upset/ embarrassed about it.
