...dd's tuition mate from CHIJ katong went for the interview the previous saturday...so dd says that she got no more hope....quite demoralising for her...surprisingly she has won many awards for english...including 2nd Prize winner for Commonwealth essay....and she lost this.....may its just DSA (Different Standards Apply).....but congrats to all those who crossed the bar! -

Don't be disheartened. I know a girl who has a similar story to your DD. She went on to score 27plus in PSLE and is now in RGS.G Tan:

Perhaps RGS is confident that she will get thru via PSLE & is reserving DSA slots for those who may not. That's what I heard wrt to this other girl last year. -
