RV will call up those who got in 2nd round right?
Not sure. My dd's classmates interview is next tuesday.
Hmmm....in that case, probably DS not selected too.
BeContented, you should call them up. All her classmates call up this afternoon to check themselves. -
Yeah! :rotflmao:
What's more, they might have chanced upon vlim's MUDketing opportunity and decided to hold back the results so that they can grow a larger customer base of ksp parents who need the rejuvenating formula from Sungei Buloh after all that waiting and stress! ;)
Sipping freshly brew tea after mud spa with less wrinkles and more happiness - wat a way to enjoy life !

:rotflmao: no more ladies first...yukilei:
Maybe the brothers' schools (RI & HCI) told the sisters' schools (RGS & NYGH) not to be so KS. They'll feel stressed for not being able to cope with the sisters.
Also, maybe
(a) the schools holding discussions and avoid dishing out too many duplicate COs...
(b) some MOE officer giving out some new directives...like the no transfer for accepted CO rule last year ...caught so many by surprise :gloomy:
(c)the girl girl school can't decide what menu for tea reception :rotflmao:
How true . :xedfingers: -

sweet concerns
.
1. we parents feel for my DS, ACS (I) is better as ACS (I) is more relaxed than RI .
2. To me RI for excellence, My DS need to work hard for every thing including to get in to CCA he wants .
3. currently got NUSH CO . waiting for ACS (I) & RI results :scratchhead:
Agree with Leeven.
The ACSI boys do look like they have a lot more fun. Haven't seen many muggers there. Great sense of humour and eloquent speakers. Definitely looks more relaxed..
And this is coming from ex-Rafflesian

Anyone receive any news from SJI? I heard VS interview is very challenging and stressful, facing a panel of 8 interviewers. I remembered when I have my job interview, facing 3 interviewers already made me nervous.

A group of students or 1 kid to 8 interviewers? :scared:
Need to mentally prepare DD for her upcoming interview... -

I heard from my friend whose DS applied to VS.. He faced a panel of 4 and was asked to construct a model representing the education (in the view of DS). Also asked something to the effect on his views on diseases as nature's way of controlling the world population. Tough questions if I may say for a 12 year old or anyone for the matter!

Ontheballmother, DS applied to SJI but have not heard from them.
To other parents whose kid applied to SJI, please share if you have heard from SJI.
