DSA 2012

Hi,
we received an invitation for a Tea session for DSA through sports. Just want to ask, is it ok if we don’t attend?
We prefer to DSA through academic, not sports.
Thanks in advance for the advice! -

If you do not wish to DSA through sports, there's no need to attend the tea. Unless you want to listen to what they have to say and also to ask questions about what if you preferred to DSA via academics instead. Presumably some HODs will be there and you can direct your questions to them.Hi,

Bec you'll have to commit to the CCA for 4 years minimum.

I am not sure. Please go to NYGH open house to find out on May 19. Also please check their website, some DSA info has been posted there. All the best!

If the child is certain that his interest would be sustained for all four years and is happy to train intensively and represent the school, certainly go for Sports DSA. But if the kid is just good at the sport or is forced into it by the parents and has no passion for it, and think he might be interested in another sport in secondary school then the DSA sport can get tedious in the long run.
But if the kid intend to continue the same CCA, then why not? -
