MotherHen:
DD brought back the DSA School Preference Form today. We just logged in and made our selection final. Now I feel like the whole process is finally complete

So if dd got CO from one school only so this Preference Form is not required right? Because my dd didn't receive any. -

If you DD received only one CO, you still need to submit Preference form before 27 Oct 2012, unless you don't want to DSA exercise. -

My DD only applied for and received one. She received the form. -

That's what I'm worried about too... My friend told me that my dd must send back the form or something by 27 Oct... But my dd did not receive the form, she asked her teacher but her teacher said that she did not receive anything and plus she only has one CO. :faint: But in the letter she received by the sec sch a few months back also indicated that her primary school would be giving her a consodilated list of all the schools that have given her CO or WL (which she only has one CO) Now I'm really worried... Can someone please tell me more about this form? Thank You! :xedfingers:MotherHen:

[/quote]You MUST complete the form even if you have only one CO. If you don't submit the form, MOE will take it that you're giving up the CO and prefer to participate in the S1 Central Posting Exercise instead. Give MOE a call.

And you need the preference form to get the pin number to submit your choice online. Just did for DD.

My boy received his form from the school via his form teacher, after which we made our confirmation online yesterday. I thought this is the only way the form is given to pupils with COs and/or WLs?MotherHen:

It may be best to check with school first before checking with MOE.
