Sorry if I ask a silly question but I just want to be sure coz DD came back from school today n told me that her school teachers said that I have exercised the DSA option wrongly.


DD got WL from school A, CO for school B. Her choice school is School A. Hence, I hv input School A (WL) as choice #1 n School B (CO) as choice B. If DD doesn't get into School A, she will auto go to Sch B? Will school B say, sorry lah, you didn't put School B as your 1st choice, you CO is given to other WL?

If she failed to get into sch A, she will be able to get into sch B. So dun worry.

I think teachers need to update themselves about DSA process. Both of my DD tuition teachers for English & Chinese also told me that School B will not accept my DD if I put School A (WL) as 1st choice. My DD got worried and wants me to check with KSP (despite showing her the MOE website on DSA) - I guess she has more confidence in KSP

for those who has yet to submit the preference, perhaps you may want to consider doing it before school close today.

DS’s school has called to advise to submit before school close today. This is because school admin will not be available tomorrow and Sat. If we were to face any problem during the submission, we can at least contact the school today.

I have just submitted my DD’s 3 choices so I managed to see how it was like . I think if u didn’t submit within the dateline , it will automatically be giving up the CO .

Why it’s that not a school yr child wanted ???

Stated on the form, the dateline for submission through school is today by 3pm. Alamak!!! I did not take note of that so I guess we need to submit on-line by 27Nov 12 noon.

yukilei, read that your DS has 3 COs, so what school did your DS choose in the end?
