Yes you do. If you don't make a selection they'll assume you're not interested in a third lang.

Third lang classes at MOELC is free. One school I know of which conducts its own third lang classes is NUSH and the students have to pay fees for this. And if you're in NUSH I don't think you have the option to take third lang at MOELC. Not sure about this though. -

Not sure if you want to do that, especially if you get more than one offers and your top choice is on WL.
Just report to the DSA school at which you were accepted. No need to call the school.mamona:

Yes, I call NUShigh, there is inhouse Japanese but the fee not sure yet.shurley197323:
