I did not submit my s1 option form as my dd already got a school thru DSA and we don't intend to take up the 3rd language so I did not submit anything at all .
Am I right ? Or die die also must submit blank form .

think shld be still ok cos the system already captured your DC data…cheers.

I am not sure about yr dc CO school but mine actually sent us an email before release of results to email the school once we receive our results by scanning the result slip.
The S1 forms actually stated the school that our DC has been successful and to report for registration.
if you are worry why don’t you call yr dc CO school to check .
The Secondary school will have our dc names . -
