Well, mainstream students who consistently doing well in school has a good chance of doing well in PSLE unlike GEPpers are on a syllabus not so focus on PSLE preparation and at this stage still busy with non-PSLE stuff.

Thanks for your kind words of encouragement. The problem is my DS's heart is fixed on RI and we know that RI DSA is very tough for main streamers.

This is where I am coming from. If mainstreamers has consistent good academic results, they are very likely to do well likewise in PSLE to gain admission to RI or all other top school (except school or sport and SOTA). To go via DSA, they need to shows good score in GAT first and GEPpers have shown it in P3, some also need to retake if they can't perform well in GEP.

First of all, did your child participate in any waterpolo competition before, representing school or state?

water polo coach should be able to recommend. I knew the badminton domain is recommended by the coach.
