So you can use the kenwood to knead the dough too?MAking sandwich loaf for breakfast. Can't seem to be able to

i use a KitchenAid. I believe a heavy duty Kenwood can do that too. The mixer comes with a dough hook, and in fact it kneads the dough better than the breadmaker.

Thank goodness, it was surprisingly very delicious! :celebrate: :celebrate:Happy Mama:
Not tonight. Already baked this morning.

Oh yes. So how did your loaf turn out in the end? Tasty? -

Good to know. So is it a no-brainer like a breadmachine as far as kneading is concerned? In a breadmaker, we dump the flour etc in, leave it for a couple of hours and take out the kneaded dough. Do we do the same for a KitchenAid? -

Ok, this is my sequence. Almost similar to breadmaker. No need sequence.
1. Dump in all the ingredients.
2. Start mixing on low speed until an elastic ball formed.
3. Remove mixing bowl, cover with wet cloth. Let it prove for 1 hr.
4. Take out dough. Put on my silicone sheet, shape dough, put in baking tin. Prove half hr.
5. Bake. -
