      Thanks for the tip earlier about replacing 1 part of water with fresh milk.

      Didn't dare try it though and went out to get powdered milk. Perhaps when I am a bit more seasoned πŸ˜‰

      Haha... me too Autumnbronze. Wanted to experiment and do the same too but \"chicken out\" at the last minute.

      Am attempting Cheese Bread tonite. Made a slight tweak to the recipe. Original recipe calls for 1/2 cup water but it turned out rock hard the last time. So this time round, I increased it to 2/3 cup water. Will see what happens in 2hr 45mins time. :xedfingers: πŸ™
