Which cheese did you use this time Schweppes?LKVM:
schweppes, where r the pics of cheesy bread :?
sori LKVM, did not take pics after baking cheesy bread. Was in a bit of rush at that time. When the bread was ready, it was also the time to serve dinner to hungry children (i cooked emperor's herbal chicken last nite  ), and then after that must go out to run more last minute CNY errands. So in the end, no time for pics.
And now, cheesy all gone as we had it for breakfast.
For a more intense cheese flavour, put in 1 cup of shredded cheese. The Z recipe also indicate 1/4 cup. That's definitely not enuf

I used shredded cheddar cheese this time round. I think cheddar goes quite nicely in baked bread
Which cheese did you use this time Schweppes?
Oh, I also mixed milk with the water to fill 2/3 liquid. It was about 1/2 cup water and the balance with milk up to the 2/3 mark. For some reason, I think the milk brings out the intensity and flavour of the cheese.
