        You know something? I am beginning to suspect it has something to do with the yeast. Maybe the yeast was stale yeast that you bought. :?

          The corners are quite nice, but the centre is hard and all \"clumped\" together and not fluffy i.e. cannot rise. But tastes like croissant.

            You think itโ€™s got to do with the size of the pan? Hmm, then maybe we shall wait for KSI to bake hers tomorrow and then we will see. If hers same shape as mine, so "cute" then it must be the pan.


            I think something wrong with my yeast! Going to buy new yeast and try tomorrow. The yeast I used today was old one that I bought from Phoon Huat a year ago (but havenโ€™t expired).

                        Yes, looks like we have to see how ksi's machine perfoms for us to make a comparison.

                        Where did you keep that packet of yeast? Unused yeast must be kept in an airtight container in the freezer.
