First time used the zojirushi breadmaker and it was pretty good. Got the ok from the kids and hubby. It is so easy to use. πŸ™‚ Will recommend this to my friends. Its not easy to get the milk powder. There's only 1 brand that I saw in NTUC.

        Good thing it's organic.
Hi welcome to KSP and welcome to the bread thread!
Glad that your first attempt using the Z machine was a success. :congrats:

french loaf bread made to go with my chicken curry yummy

tips: to have the outer layer very crispy, sprinkle with lots of water before baking, every 10mins take the bread out to sprinkle with water and put back to bake, do it for abot 4-5 times.
if u are going to eat it the next day, dnt bake it too golden brown, sprinkle with water and bake it in oven again and it will be hot and crispy again πŸ™‚

                  hihi..

need tips on using breadmaker to make dough for sweet bun.
somehow my bread is not as soft..
question: must i punch the dough after i take it out from bread machine after the dough cycle or i can just wrap it with fillings?
I was told to proof it in warm up oven for 20 min after wrapping it immediately..
                  Thanks..

PS: i bought a Kenwood BM450 as thats the only big sized loaf available.. πŸ™‚

2nd try with the tang-zhong method, outcome not very fantastic considering the trouble got to go thru ... πŸ˜“ anyway, was too greedy with the choco chips, so added a tac too much
