100% agreed! Anyone can definitely able to do it. I also failed several times when I started baking, after afew tries, you will know what, where and how it went wrong and improve from there.

Normally I donot bake in weekdays as I need to guide my P1 gal in her school work. Yesterday, my gal managed to finish it much earlier thus I \"steal one hr\" to bake this batch of Oatmeal Raisin Cookies.

The cookies are chewy, soft type. Find them too sweet. If I were to bake again, I'll reduce the sugar
