Those beginning like pre-primary, primary are quite fun.
But as progress higher & higher, is tougher

My girl's class all took a year to practise for Grade 3 although there are a handful who did not meet the Tr's standard to take the examination. Generally for her class, there is a reduction of about 10 points for their Grade 3 exams as compared to Grade 2 exams.

                Hi,

I’m new to this forum. My daughter is turning 4 next mth and she had been asking for ballet/dance classes for the past 1.5yrs. she went for 2 workshop over the june holidays, love it but have since requested for a ballet sch with open studio or one which i can peep at her, think for security reasons.

We stay in the central, novena/balestier area.

Would appreciate if anyone could recommend a good ballet school with loving teachers for her to start. Thank you. somewhere with an open studio would be a plus

                thanks

My DD will be sitting for her very first RAD exam next April. Her school is imposing another 20 lessons on top of her current lessons. I presumed this is the norm for most schools. Will it be tiring if I have both lessons at one go with a short break in between? Doable?

Should be ok if total hours for 2 sessions does not exceed 2 hours. A lot of parents want such back to back class but cannot find, end up go twice a week, which can be very troublesome too.

Yes, this is the norm - technically known as \"coaching\" classes to prepare for the exams. Having lessons back to back is do-able if your DD ballet tr has such BTB classes and your girl is able to \"take\" a longer session.
