Actually talking about lizards, one tried to 'ambush' me this morning @ 6am :yikes:
Woke up, walk to kitchen on light and step in.....suddenly, just strike me that cannot step in immediately, must give them time to 'run & hide', so quickly took 1 step back. Next thing, I let out a scream....one just drop from the 'sky' & landed right in front of my feet......as usual, it ran I also ran. Well, my scream woke up the WHOLE family
..... no clock alarm required today.

My greatest fear is the roach. Once I saw a baby roach and I run out of insecticide, so I use perfume to spray it. Manage to kill it, but very expensive way. -

Any brand can kill, but need almost the whole bottle. That's why this way of killing is not recommended.

Hmmmm I have some old bottles that I probably won't use and it's probably getting stale....wonder will that work on lizards, it's definitely easier to carry than boiling water.....just need a stronger spray so that I can stand far enough tho.

Read that some of you having horrible mils. I was glad my mil was not. In fact, she was one of the nicest mil that I came across.
No, she wasn't educated, she didn't have any education at all (so, I dun think because one doesn't have any education means she would be a horrible mil) not even pr schools. But she can cook, do chores very well.
But she battled with illness and she is gone now.
Actually, I think a lot of you are very fortunate, at least, there is someone to be around should you need help to jaga with kids, just to keep a few hrs look out when u run errands, etc Although you have to bear with plenty of nonsenses, but that's another story. Just hope that you guys appreciate what you have, and cheer up! :xedfingers: -
smurf,
how to appreciate mil if they are really mean, they instigate their sons to go against the dil, some even told the dil not to interfer if their husbands go hanky-panky outside. I heard one mil who forced the dil to wash all the laundry, do housework, cook even though the dil has a full-time job. On top of that, this mil demanded the dil to give her an allowance of $400/mth. Can the dil appreciate such mil?
Easy for you to say, because you had a good mil.
