Dump them and you will definitely feel happier. After all, they are expired right ? šŸ˜‰ I dread to attend those 'face' occasions. I anticipate one when his rude sister returns but don't think there is a need to show up.

All thanks to his 'extremely polite' sister who called me names. So there is absolutely no reason why I should give her face. I didn't do anything wrong to be called an idiot. Now I am curious to know which month does CNY fall next year.

The reason why so many dil suffer is that their dh always take the side of his mother, no matter how unreasonable the old woman is. To him, his mother is always right and it is wrong for the wife to criticise or argue with the mom.

                      Blood is thicker than water.
The prob here lies with the mother having 2 sides - the 'angelic' side in front of the sons and horns appearing behind sons' backs. The sons will NEVER see those horns and believe their mothers are so innocent.

Not true leh. My guy friends are very scared of their wives. They tell their mother off when their wives are unhappy. So I always thought MIL are the victims.
