        WCW, you have to ask the childcare for the form and apply thru the childcare. Can be used for siblings too. I use my DS CDA for DD childcare, cos DD is 2006 first born dun have CDA herself.

        my ds2 is 2006 second born, so we used his CDA to pay for ds1's kindergarten fee back then. the centre manageress was the one who prompted us that we could do such arrangement. :boogie:

          Ok! Couldn't take it anymore and Called Baby Bonus Hotline :oops:


          Here goes,

          Separate CDA is required for Yr2005. the credits can be used as per the CDA account (sch fees, medical)

          If you do not use the credits ($400) or if you have remaining credits, MCYS will be sending a letter in November 2011 to ask us to fill up form to indicate if we want to have the credits withdrawn as cash or have the credits transferred to a Post Secondary Account.

          What is Post Secondary Account -> Account for Teritary Education. ITE, Poly, local Uni.

          if you opt for cash, the disbursement will be done by Feb 2012.

                Have to open CDA account to receive $$ and wait till Nov for the letter to arrive and you can opt for cash to be withdrawn from CDA. Feb 2012, you get the cash

                Wah.. Primary school fees not that ex bah...

                  Just top up the CDA account monthly or periodically
