        Is it gout attack?

Control diet intake of anchovies, red meat, tofu etc, can also try to take apple cider vinegar.

If it’s gout, then got to cut down on protein. Cut down on red meat and beans and when eating bean sprouts, you gotta remove the head.

            Hi Castle House,

If it's gout attack, there's an injection wh the doctor can administer. According to DH (who had a few attacks over the last few yrs - the pain is excruciating, cannot tahan type & he's the can withstand pain type), the relief is almost immediate. Also, when he feel an attack is coming, he will pop some pills ( forgot the name) to ward off the attack. If you need, I 'll check for u. :celebrate:

Black Cherry Juice, goggle & you will find lots of write up on how good black cherry juice are for gout sufferers.

When you use ikan bilis to boil soup, get those with head & organs removed already.

Don’t or minimise consumption of organs of animals.

Cut down, minimise consumption of alchohol.

Most of all, drink alot & alot of plain water at all times.

Ya, have to control and cut down on eating tofu, bean, drinking beer, staying too long in air-con …

lifestyle need to change when age going up. My HD at the age of 43, since last 2 years, on & off having Gout problem and gastric acid problem, after I bought him the Colostrum milk powder and he took for the past 3 to 4 months, everything go fine to him. So when we getting older and older, we need health supplements products to help to recover those thing lost from our body.
