With WKS, MBT and RL out of cabinet, guess alot of pple (esp.those who don’t like them) will be very happy…wonder if it’s the ‘pressure’ from the masses on the ground that causes these ministers to be ‘retired’? If not, why them? RL isn’t that old?


On another note, hope that the new manpower minister will change the foreign maid policy so that employers will not always be on the losing end - pay maid levy, pay huge sum of maid loan, only to have the maid run away, go on strike, or threaten to change employers etc…

(unsure how i should phrase it) but can anyone tell me among all the ministries, is there a list or whatsoever ranking the top important ministries all the way down to the least important ones?

Finance n Defence r key Ministries, with National Security now also important.
Close behind would be MTI, Education n Health.
Cultural Ministry used to be d least important portfolio, dis was merged into MICA.
