ah... my DD1 was taken at ICA. they had some child seat and I just hold her neck. 2 of them were flashing some toys to keep her attention and the flash was also reduced....

doesn't sound right.. but place your 1 year infront of tv.. play some kiddy nursery show.. should keep the attention focus and stand infront and take pix?
