And how about the one at Thomson plaza ? I sent my child there since last year but have yet to see improvement in the score of his compo.

My kid has been with Learning Point since she is in K1. Thus far; no complaints and she is coping very well in school.


My 2 cents worth … I will review her composition and make her write the entire compo again going through all the remarks made by the teacher. Thus far it helps because she tend not to make the same mistakes again (e.g. using sequence words like Then all over her compo etc)

Just to share my talk with the learning point. Once i happen to pass by the centre and made an enquiry. Understand the centre only enrol the student who pass their diagnostic assessment as to them they are consider as a enrichment centre and not tuition centre.

I have not call and make an appointment for the diagnostic course for my child. I am still considering.

are there courses for primary sch kids just on compre alone?

cant find this combination for eng compre, compo and oral.
its usually compo alone or all in 1.

In SA2 my girl who scored 84 for her English. She failed the pre entry test in Learning Point they rejected her and was asked to come back in six mths time.

Wow, i think they are quite strict.


Because they have mentioned that they are enrichment centre and not tuition centre. Maybe I let my kid try the entry test.
