Can I complain about my upstairs neighbour? She uses too much perfume. Whenever she is heading out we can smell her from 3 floors down. And me having super sensitive nose and also very sensitive to artificial fragrance, cannot tahan leh. Can I suggest that she start spraying only when she leaves the estate? But wait, when she comes back the smell is still cloying, how about she use perfume only on tuesdays and thursdays and give my nose a break the rest of the week?

aiyoh, please read carefully leh, I am referring to foreigners only
Wah like that ah, then my DS gotta renounce his citizenship liao.pinky:
May I suggest that all foreigners who want to apply for PR/invited to apply for PR must go through this orientation program:1. visit Little India-to soak in the smell of different spices and have curry for lunch & dinner for 7 days continously (apply to all PRC applicants)
2. smell and actually taste durians for 7 days continously. Each applicant must finish at least a durian (1 kg) ( apply to all nationalities)
-those who cannot complete the tests will not qualify for PR application
-those who past the test must sign an agreement and sunpa that they will not complain about their neighbours of the smell of curry and durians forever

Let me add on to the complaint. My neighbours spray perfume and then take the lift. When they walk out of the lift, the whole lift is full of perfume smell. So they should put a notice at the lift door: 'Do not use the lift if you are wearing perfume. Use the stairs.' -

food smell I can live with. it's cigarette smoke I detest. One just make me feel hungry; the other one make me feel my life shortening with each breath I take.
Exactly how I feel!!! :hi5:
Seriously, I think it's ridiculous that you can only cook your food when your neighbour is not at home just bcos your neighbour dislike the smell. -
