No, you have to visit the school to see this personally. I think the school will disclose such information over the phone, too, since this information is already available. -

I want to try enrol a school under Ph2B using the statutary declaration and subsequently I do not get in due to over subscription under Ph2B.
In Ph2C, do I still need to present the statutary declaration? Or it is optional for me ? -
