Comgateway vs vpost

i am using vpost all the while, efficient and no cock-ups.

Never heard of comgateway. I used Vpost for my online shopping from USA. Very reliable.

Yup, vpost is most reliable. Comgateway is crap. They dun even bother to answer emails.

What abt alternative like Citibank's Citi Globeshopper by borderlinx?
Thinking of trying its free concierge service for US & UK.

havent tried the free concierge. it’s quite costly elsewhere. i think another 20% up cost.
would be interested to hear from those who used the free concierge -

Vpost seems to have lost 2 out of 5 of my packages. It is stated as delivered and they claimed the packages were delivered last week. But i was home the whole day and never received anything. I didn't buy insurance for these 2 items. They are still tracing. Does it mean i can't get them back anymore? No compensation?
