Comgateway vs vpost

havent tried the free concierge. it’s quite costly elsewhere. i think another 20% up cost.

would be interested to hear from those who used the free concierge

Used to vpost but they are getting more expensive. May be they also use ptc like our public transport

What abt alternative like Citibank's Citi Globeshopper by borderlinx?
Thinking of trying its free concierge service for US & UK.

Borderlinx used to be very good and much cheaper than vpost. The service has gone down now and the prices have come up.

Vpost seems to have lost 2 out of 5 of my packages. It is stated as delivered and they claimed the packages were delivered last week. But i was home the whole day and never received anything. I didn't buy insurance for these 2 items. They are still tracing. Does it mean i can't get them back anymore? No compensation?

finally got back my 2 packages. Delivered to the wrong house. Had i not hound vpost for them, could have lost them for good. boycotting vpost now.

i believed the packages were accepted by recipient's elderly parents and this wrong recipient apparently sat on it for more than 2 weeks without realising that wrong packages delivered to him.

Vpost insisted packages delivered. had i not persisted in insisting that i did not receive the packages, vpost would hv written me off as a liar. customer service was horrible.

Good thing you got your packages. I find vpost rather ex. And service for most of these courier services have gone down the drain.

Oh well, luckily they delivered the parcels before Christmas… Or else… No Christmas gift for my DH or DS.
