Nan Chaiu has SAP from 2012 on-wards.

If you loved chinese, this school would be a perfect choice 😄

If you are like 253^, you should not go to TKGS but Cedar as it will be a little wasted for TKGS,Cedar has new facilities and school so recommend Cedar for high scorers.
For the around 247, you will have lesser chances to go in Cedar, TKGS would be a better choice.
Hope this helps a little at least. :please:

I think one thing to look at will be future subject combination. For triple science, Cedar only offers elective humanities so generally students have 8 subjects, not including third language. However, for St Nicks, triple science students do both pure humanities and elective humanities, so they will have 9 subjects. But syllabus will be changing and SS will be a pure subject, so I have no idea how it will work out after all.

Some of my friends chose Cedar because of the uniform lol. They did not want to wear pinnafore for 4 more years. Just a minor reason.

Mission schools like St Nick are anchored in values of compassion and the heart.

Cedar is academic oriented and emphasises on strict discipline.

both Cedar and St Nick are IP schools.
both are good, have their own unique strength !

Cedar going IP with Victoria boys.

St Nick is SAP school, going IP together with SCGS girls, Catholic High boys.
past few years - St Nick has been top of all the Secondary schools for O level results.

St Nicks has produced the top scorer for O level results, as their students take 9 subjects, and with a 3rd language or an elective, they're capable of having students who take 10 subjects. However, hardly any students in Cedar take 10 subjects or even 9. For mean L1R5, which indicates the general performance of the whole school, Cedar has produced better results. For 2010 O levels, Cedar's MSG is 9.5, second to SCGS. Not sure what SNGS's MSG is.
