      sleepy:

Movie reminded me why I quit my job to stay home. Not capable enough to juggle so many things. And absolutely hate to miss any of my baby's 1st milestones

Given today's tough education system, it would be great if they can stay home to prepare the kids for P1...can't possibly wait till the child goes to P1 to start preparing. It's very tough for the child.

I wasn't thinking of P1 prep when I chose to stay home. I only want to :snuggles: πŸ’‹ my baby, don't want to miss out on any more milestones. After going through labour, I think I rightly deserve to enjoy them & not outsource to someone else & miss out all the fun πŸ˜‰

Actually, I'm kind of disappointed that they grow up so quickly. I much prefer babies, I'm the center of their universe & I get to hold & cuddle them everyday

        Hi sleepy,

It's really tough for working mums...they miss out on milestones once maternity leave is over and it's back to work.
Kids grow very fast, esp when they go to primary school. It seems not long ago my son started P1...next Jan, he will be 12 and in PSLE :scared: Where have the years go to ? We do need to slow down to smell the roses, but is it possible ?

I know what you mean, my dd will be as tall as me by next year. Also wonder where had all the years gone to, like everything happening so quickly and even though I still remember vividly dd as a baby, she's now so giantic :rotflmao:

As to the rat race in primary school... sometimes really 身不由己, I constantly remind myself not to be too caught up. However, my dd is the more kiasu than me. After SA1, she fired me as her tutor πŸ˜“

            Hi Ladies,

Need to vent my frustrations a little...patience reached the max :nunchuk:

2 kids made so much noise...older one seemed to have forgotten SA2 round the corner, sat on the chair and refused to get his tuition work done  Younger one was up to her nonsense. Hubby sat in front of the damn computer...supposed to coach daughter in her Math but was glued to the chair whole day while I was attending to son. Or else he switched on the TV when daughter was supposed to learn her ting xie.
            Can't wait for Monday.

Working people say TGIF. Only SAHMs will say TGIM!

Hi Janet, no difference for my case. I need to work thru 7 days, no rest day worst than a maid. I was sick last week being spread by my dd2 - stomach flu. Although sick but still need to take care of my both dds. Hb either traveling or can't handle both of them.

Imagine not feeling well, still need to coach my dd1 on her spelling test and math hm while trying to stop dd2 from crawling all over the places :frustrated: 😒

Absolutely agree :hi5: SAHMs don't look forward to weekends. Not with the craziness of the kids AND hubby at home :faint:
