Hmm I just started to like the Korean drama I am watching the first wife strike back ? Er... Can't find the proper English title on the DVD.
All along I am watching the HK TVB serial.

This show also on channel 8 at 11pm too.

Happened to see the 1st episode and thought it's a nice drama so went to buy the DVD

I hv watched from morning till now haha....

I am a tv series addict to...jap, korean,taiwan, hk, us...but alas, haven't been able to watch ever since bb was born...I just dreamt about Jerry yan a few nights ago...see how deprived I am...

Met with some of my relatives a week ago. Really very demoralized. The first word from them - must treat yr husband good and gentle cos if he forsake u for another woman, you will be gone case which mean no house, no kids and no money. (they knew that my husband travels frequently). Really :mad:

Oh you loves bags too !! I know getting bags from Hk is cheaper but never have a chance to get it from there. Always bought my bags either from Singapore or from Europe which hubby used to travel to for business trips.

Hmm as to what your relatives said you don't have to take it to heart they are just jealous of you?

Now that you bring up this topic I am curious to know from many SAHM here. Do you really think that we need to treat our hubby exceptional \"nice\" in return for letting us be a SAHM ?

For me, I never think of it this way. Of cos, when my hubby asked me to be SAHM I feel being loved and blessed and no doubt I love him even more (as compared to before marriage). This is a mutual feeling.

By loving him more, I will want to cook more of his fave food and let him come back to a happy family after a tiring day.

Hi all, i don't actually belong to this club since i'm a stay at home dad but the discussion about 'staying at home and therefore need to be extra nice to your partner' is a very interesting one which i have debated in my head for many years. I've been a stay at home dad now for 6 yrs, since my 1st child was born. I do every thing since we don't have a helper. I know for a fact that my wife would rather swap places with me but since she makes a lot more money than me, we decided that financially it was better for me to stay at home. The first 3 yrs were hard for us cos she made her \"unhappiness\" sometimes pretty obvious and we'd have plenty of fights. Things have settled done now but i always feel like i have to justify my staying at home and for at least 4 years i didn't have any ME time. That was a very trying and tiring time for me. I finally started playing soccer with friends once, maybe twice a week and that was my ME time. I also have been in the last 2 years on 2 boys weekends away but i felt very guilty asking \"permission\" and going. So even though i do all this now, I still feel the need to justify my position (adding the fact that there are not many stay at home dads, some people seem to view me as lazy). Both of my kids are only now just in school full time so once again I've had to justify staying at home still since i still need to either pick them up or be at home when they return home. What do you ladies think, is there a need to justify?(BTW i'm already in process of justifying my still being at home)
