The important thing is quality sleep , not what time you sleep, this is what research shown.

But research also says that sleep that takes place between 10pm to 1am is the best for regeneration of cells - aka beauty / healthy sleep. Agree that uninterrupted sleep at any time is good as well to feel refreshed.

it does affect her health. scientific research shows kids that has habits of sleeping late develops slower as compared to kids who sleep early. the body repairs itself from 10pm to 1am or 2am nightly. hence, it is recommended to be asleep early. šŸ™‚

Yup, I saw that research done on a TV prog shown on OKTO. Insufficient sleep causes the brain to develop slower. They mentioned something like "shrinking brain"? I wanted to get DS to watch it but he switched to Ch8.
