Yesterday when son came back with the yellow envelope, we are so shocked including himself. He is always an average performer and say that school is boring. He spend his time playing iPhone and Xbox plus kicking ball which he is really good at it.

Seems like it is the games that really stimulate his mind. We always find him a very fast learner and gets bored with doing schoolwork.

We are surprised that he cleared round one and thought that he was lucky. When we ask him how was the second round he replied "piece of cake". I thought he was joking then.

We did not prep him in anyway and For him going to GEP is the last thing on our mind. The teachers in school gave bad remarks about him and his untidiness.

The surprising thing is that he wanted to try, we are still thinking if we should encourage him, worrying if he is able to cope. With his SA2 results with many careless mistake, he is not even in the top 10 in class.

Will decide after the briefing on next Saturday.

May I know how many students make it as I making a survey for the primary school in the west.
