      Uncle Lim, thanks for your sharing. Have you tried fried stuffs using that? Seems like it works very much like a air-fryer.
      I am not sure how an air-fryer works although I saw the advertisement on tv. But I understand the turbo broiler to be just like a fan-assisted convention oven ? I still oven-fry food in my oven now by coating them in oil, and then putting them in, so I feel convince myself it is not so unhealthy!! šŸ˜‰

        Need help badly. I am trying not to fry Ngo Hiang for CNY, can I use the Turbo Broiler instead? I intend to coat the Ngo Hiang with oil on the skin first. Can it be done? Many thanks.

          Should be do-able. Either use a brush and coat lightly or spray a mist of oil over your whole plate. This is our family's alternative cooking method for fried stuff. šŸ˜„
