Comparing Tuition Centres

Hi everyone...


Between the 4 enrichment centers below:

1) Science Hub
2) Perceptum
3) Smartlab
4) Mindstretcher

Can someone give some advise/comments which center is more suitable for P5 Science tuition (especially focus on area on Section B - answering techniques)? :?

Looking forward to hear feedback from all mummies out there....

Hi

I think Mind stretcher is the best, because they really teach you all the important facts and how to answer open ended questions. It’s a little challenging though, but it’ll help in exams. For Science Hub, their curriculum is sort of for enrichment and doesn’t really focus on school stuff and revision. As for Perceptum and smartlab, they’re ok but nothing that good.

How about TLL Science compared to the rest? A mummy swore by Perceptum. I have no experience with any of them as my DS does not have Sc enrichment.

i hv heard tt mindstretcher has many students in a class and quality of teaching depends on which teacher u get :xedfingers:

In choosing a tuition centre, it is important that the class size relatively small to ensure all the students are kept engaged.

Thanks to all. I tried Mindstretcher and took my child out after a term. Class size too big, not much teaching other than flooding them with worksheets. My child now with a private tutor.

SmartLab is good! I recommended a lot of friends to them and most of their children improved :celebrate:
